The longsword simply does more raw dmg and with a dmg bonus against humans gave the longsword the edge in this experiment. Skyrim bow mods. The katana is a bit superior early to moderate game and better against wildlife. R/Kenshi: Subreddit for Kenshi from Lo-Fi Games, the revolutionary mix of RTS and RPG with a huge dystopian sword-punk world to explore. Choose to Press J to jump to the feed. The Sleeveless Dustcoat is a Light Armour that is equipped in the Body Armour slot. It can be sold by the Armour King. This armour causes overlap on the Samurai Clothpants and Samurai Legplates. It is equipped by Anti-Slavers (unarmed), Grass Pirates, and Straw Lieutenants. It can also be randomly equipped by Holy Nation Robots. It was a solid grind because it's Kenshi, but now that I'm up to around 60 in martial arts and the relevant physical stats, he wrecks so hard. Infiltrator melee dmg anthem video. No more buying mercenaries for my camp - I eventually set up on the blissful land of the beak thing known as Gut and it's amazing watching him roundhouse kick them into oblivion while my trainees get. Jun 25, 2019 A guide for new players to the complexities of Kenshi. Also includes a tips and tricks section. So It Begins Simply put, Kenshi is a deceptively complex and difficult game that can easily frustrate and turn away most players. I'm putting this guide together to help players who have either.
Kenshi Martial Arts Moves
- Complete Monster: If an entire faction could be considered this, the Holy Nation would fit perfectly. A nation of ruthless technophobicreligious savages that show nothing but contempt for anyone who isn't human man, they lash women for wearing jewelry, and enslave and kill countless innocents for the mere fact that they were not born as a human, or simply because they didn't worship their evil god, Okran. A good example of their savagery is what they did to the entire region of Bast, where they killed the entire adult population and sent every last child to the Holy Rebirth, a massive quarry where they're worked to death until they hopefully reincarnate as an Okranite. Representing the worst of religious extremism, many players declare them their nemesis and make one of their main goals to expunge their faction off the face of the world.
- Demonic Spider:
- The Beak Things. Oh god, the Beak Things. They outrun even high-level athletes, so you may kiss your slow squadmates goodbye before you venture into their territory. Their attacks are AOE, as little sense as that makes due to the angle of their swing, and they do a fuck ton of damage, more than enough to break an unprotected limb if it's hit. You can kill one if you swarm it from all angles, but here's the problem: Beak Things travel in packs. It's not unheard of for most of the Hive villages at Vain to be wiped out by Beak Things long before you get there if you increase squad size too much, or that Mourn was completely slaughtered by a pack of them. By the time you are strong enough to survive in Beak Thing territory, you would be able to destroy the Holy Nation at least 20 times over. Beak Things are that dangerous.
- Bonedogs are very dangerous, but not dangerous enough to qualify for Demonic Spider. That is if you forget that they are in a lot of biomes and spawn everywhere. Their prevalence makes it very likely that a pack will come across you while you are in the middle of something important. Imaging barely making it through a tough battle and trying to bring your wounded to safety, only for a pack of Bonedogs to show up. You will learn to hate and fear Bonedogs after that.
- Blood Spiders are a literal example. Extremely fragile but capable of dealing extremely high damage, they of course travel in swarms and pose a significant threat even to skilled, well-armored characters. It's easy to take out a handful of them with a single swing of your sword, but if even one or two of them get a hit in you're likely to be eviscerated and eaten alive. Even worse, unlike almost anything else in the game they can attack other creatures if they are in the water.
- Almost any predatorial Elder creature is this. They are bigger, far stronger and sturdier than any member of their species, and depending on its species, incredibly dangerous. An Elder Beak Thing is gigantic and can easily butcher entire armies by itself, leaving a bloody path of dead and mutilated bodies.

- Ensemble Dark Horse: Everyone loves Beep, and to a lesser extent, Agnu.
- Germans Love David Hasselhoff: The game has a notable fandom in Japan and China, likely due to the visual inspirations the game takes from the countries. It's also very popular in Russia as well.
- Quicksand Box: The game features a wide desertic map, with no plot and no goal. It's quite easy to get lost and simply starve to death early on, or wander to one of the world's more hostile regions and die horribly to a Beak Thing, an Iron/Skin/Blood Spider, a bunch of Cannibals/Paladins (If you're a Skeleton), or simply the sheer lethality of the region (The Deadlands' acid rain, soil and water, Venge's Beam Spam, the Black Desert's gas clouds, etc..)
- Tear Jerker: If Agnu and Beep are close to each other and Beep is killed, she will fly into a panic and scream his name.
- Agnu: BEEEP!Another character: He's gone, buddy. Beep's not coming back..
- That One Boss: Kenshi has some boss monsters that are extremely powerful and can easily kill an untrained party with their sheer brute strength.
- The former Emperor of the Second Empire, Cat-Lon is one of the most powerful skeletons in the world. He carries a MeitouFalling Sun that can easily kill and mutilate grouped chunks of your party, a Heavy Weapons skill far greater than anyone else could ever achieve (120, the cap for all skills is 100), and guarded by a large platoon of over a hundred Stormthralls, he is considered by many as the ultimate challenge for a strong group.
- The King of the Southern Hive, a massive maintenance robot that protects the dome the Queen of the South lives in. As big as the Great White Gorillo, this Crimper is a horrifically strong monstrosity, worshipped by the Southern Hivers as their guardian, and the devourer of countless intrudersand Hiveless. Trying to take it on one-on-one is suicidal, due to its immense strength and speed. To put details on how strong this giant robot monkey is, its combat stats are all beyond the Cap, with a Strength of ~300 and Toughness of ~150, its vital parts have massive amounts of health, with the head having 1200 and its stomach and chest at 900. Even its weakest limbs, its legs, have 450 health.
- In the case that you side with the United Cities and go after him, Tinfist. He is the best Martial Arts fighter in the whole world, and with both its three dependent stats (Strength, Toughness, and Martial Arts itself) at maximum, he can use them to their maximum potential, easily punching limbs off people or instantly killing them if he hits a vital part and gets lucky. There's a good reason the UC fears him, and its people refer to him as 'The Metal Brute'.
- The Scrappy: Noble Hunters. Unless you are human (Greenlander/Scorchlander), they will randomly attack you on sight for the nebulous reason of them being bored to find something to hunt with. What's even worse is that they will attack non-human members of your party even when you're allied with the United Cities, of whom the hunters are aligned with. Killing them worsens your relations with the United Cities despite the hunters' extremely corrupt attitude towards non-humans. Some players did not like the inclusions of these unlikable NPCs and decided to side against the already corrupt UC for this reason.
